City Wide Facility Solutions in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. As a hunter with a proven record in B2B sales, you will develop a robust pipeline, manage client meetings, and collaborate with operations to deliver value.

A valid driver's license and 3+ years of experience are required. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits, and paid training, with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Hunter mentality with goal-driven attitude.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation, prospecting, and qualification to presentation and close.
• Identify and qualify new commercial clients through cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Schedule and lead client meetings, assess account needs, and deliver compelling service presentations.
• Build rapport, navigate objections, and consistently close deals.
• Dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to active prospecting.
• Utilize and maintain the CRM system to keep client data accurate and up to date.
• Maintain a Top 100 prospect list and keep CRM organized.
