Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a tenacious Sales Executive in the Northeast Ohio area (Canton) to drive new business and close deals in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, collaborating with account managers and the sales team.

Expect a strong earnings potential with a proven track record; you should be able to bring home six figures in your first year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated success 2+ calendar years with above-goal performance.
• Strong prospecting and territory development abilities.
• Proficiency using CRM systems and organizing sales data.
• Prior sales training certificates preferred (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and presenting needs.
• Close sales by building rapport and overcoming objections.
• Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting per week.
• Use CRM to maintain all customer information and the Hot 25 list.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with clients and teammates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
