Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a tenacious closer to join our Sales Team in the CBS Division. You will run the full cycle from lead generation to close and manage projects with our network of independent contractors.

This is a base salary + commissions position with uncapped commissions. You will prospect, qualify, present, and close new business while leveraging our CRM and collaborating with account managers in a 60-year-old industry leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B sales experience in construction preferred.
• Strong closing skills and ability to move clients from prospect to close.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients.
• Manage the sales process: appointments, understand prospective client needs, create proposals and make presentations.
• Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals.
• Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics and win business.
• Utilize and manage our CRM to capture/enter all customer information.
• Manage the project sold to ensure completion of scope of work through independent contractors.
