Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a tenacious closer to join our Sales Team in a high-velocity environment. As a Sales Executive, you will handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and collaborate with account managers to build profitable client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years sales experience.
• 1 year B2B inside/outside sales with ability to close.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
• Outgoing, dynamic personality.
• Can-do attitude and challenge-driven.
• Organized within a defined sales process to move from prospect to close.
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
• Excellent communicator for presentations and meetings.
• Ability to coordinate with operations and marketing teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Schedule appointments, understand requirements, and make initial presentations.
• Close sales by building rapport and explaining service capabilities.
• Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting per week.
• Use CRM to maintain all customer information.
• Maintain Hot 25 list in CRM.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with clients and team.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
