Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer in Durham, NC seeks a Manager of Business Operations to own outbound strategy and support internet and call-center sales opportunities across the retail fleet. You will lead CRM and sales engagement platform initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth.

The role requires strong project management, exceptional communication, and proficiency with Salesforce and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• At least two years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Lead for Business Development GTM initiatives.
• Develop and manage content for the sales engagement platform and CRM.
• Partner with key stakeholders to grow assigned sales channels.
• Manage the strategy and implementation of sales campaigns.
• Optimize Victra business processes.
• Serve as subject matter expert on CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop requirements and workflows.
• Act as Sales Engineer for the Victra Tech Stack.
• Partner with external team leads on a weekly basis for gap management and priorities.
• Provide reconciliation support for business initiatives.
