Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer seeks a Business Manager to partner with our front-line retail sales team, identify, qualify, and close business-to-business opportunities in your assigned territory, while prospecting to generate new and repeat business.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to forecast, present compelling proposals, and train store staff on products and services.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical, customer service and communication abilities.
• Two years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Wireless retail experience a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quota for the assigned area.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads through daily prospecting.
• Partner with retail on coordinated prospecting efforts.
• Daily funnel management including tracking lead progress and sales forecasting.
• Build and deliver impactful sales proposals to prospective business customers.
• Ensure customers are set up and trained on purchased products and services.
• Frequent visits to assigned retail locations and training of staff on products and services.
