Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking a Manager, Business Operations to own the outbound strategy and support our business and internet sales opportunities across our call center and retail fleet.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, own the CRM strategy, and grow the business support team. The role requires project management, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Competenze

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• At least two years of outside sales in B2B.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and adapt to changes.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

• Serve as Project Manager and Lead for Business Development GTM initiatives.
• Develop and manage content for the sales engagement platform and CRM.
• Partner with key stakeholders to grow assigned sales channels.
• Manage the strategy and implementation of sales campaigns.

Job Description

Are you a natural sales professional with a positive, upbeat, and ambitious approach to an ever-changing environment? As a Manager, Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in growing Victra's business channel by owning the support of our outbound strategy, supporting business and internet sales opportunities across our call center and retail fleet.

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives on ownership and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires working closely with internal and external team members to achieve a common goal, owning the strategy and execution of our sales engagement platform and CRM, and growing our business support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Lead for Business Development GTM initiatives.
• Develop and manage content for the sales engagement platform and CRM.
• Partner with key stakeholders to grow assigned sales channels.
• Manage the strategy and implementation of sales campaigns.
• Optimize Victra business processes.
• Serve as subject matter expert on CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop requirements and workflows.
• Act as Sales Engineer for the Victra Tech Stack.

What We Are Looking For

• A four-year college degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• At least two years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt to frequent changes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems and strategy; experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Travel Requirements

• Travel may be required up to 50%, based on business need.
• Monthly mileage reimbursement, company credit card, computer, tablet, and discounted phone service provided.
• Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record check and a clean driving record is required due to travel demands.
