Job summary

Nextlink Internet, based in Hudson Oaks, Texas, provides High Speed Internet and Voice Services to residential, business, K-12 Education and government customers. The Commercial Sales Coordinator will assist in setup, initialization, creation, and support of all new and current business accounts.

Primary responsibilities include handling sales calls, emails, dispatch coordination with internal teams, and meeting monthly revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service and process

Qualifications

• B2B sales or coordination experience preferred.
• Experience handling sales emails and calls.
• Ability to schedule and track commercial accounts.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls and route as necessary.
• Respond to customer emails (business or commercial).
• Respond to emails from account managers, assisting in administrative duties.
• Confirm all appointments with business and commercial customers.
• Meet a monthly quota of $5,000 signed revenue for business/commercial accounts.
• Update Business Sales spreadsheet for monthly commission check.
