Nextlink in Hudson Oaks, TX seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive residential sales. You will manage inbound/outbound calls and web leads, guiding customers from inquiry to install while meeting monthly targets.

Join a cohesive sales team reporting to the Inside Sales Supervisor, collaborating with Sales Ops, VP of Sales & Marketing, and technical teams to deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 1 year inside sales or similar experience selling a product or service.
• Performance-driven background with metrics and quotas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; professionalism with customers and teammates.
• Ability to learn quickly; handle high call volumes in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and web leads from inquiry to install.
• Own the process for residential customer sales; hit monthly goals and metrics.
• Follow up with prospects via outbound calls; coordinate with sales and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Supervisor, Sales Ops Manager, VP of Sales & Marketing, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
