You will work with a cohesive inside sales team, including the Inside Sales Supervisor and Sales Operations Manager, and strive to hit monthly metrics. A bilingual Spanish bonus is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year inside sales or similar experience in selling a product or service.
• Experience in a performance-driven role with clear metrics.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and web leads for residential customers.
• Process inquiries from initial call to install scheduling.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Supervisor, Sales Ops, and cross-functional teams.
