The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in B2B sales, a measurable track record, and comfort with CRM and pricing tools. Local travel is required; you’ll be paid weekly and get benefits as listed.

Qualifications

4 Year College degree preferred.
3–10 years of field experience in B2B sales targeting C-suite.
Measurable track record of sales achievement and a proven sales process.
Ability to utilize CRM, pricing, proposal and project planning tools.

Responsibilities

Prospect effectively, present solutions, address questions and objections.
Understand Building Performance and customize client solutions.
Teach clients new insights and challenge their thinking about building performance.
Conduct onsite building assessments.
Assist in developing a business case for the sales process.
