Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Tampa, FL to generate new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting existing accounts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 1+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Experience or knowledge in Managed Services industry or inside sales/outbound sales.
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Salesforce and Outreach.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with sales executives to identify net-new sell-to opportunities.
• Heavy emphasis on outbound, proactive calling to cultivate business (75+ calls per day).
• Uses industry insights and ConnectWise value propositions to generate business leads via cold call, email, and social strategies.
• Uncovers business needs through a consultative approach to learn more about company objectives, pain points, processes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drives sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings.
• Identifies the appropriate opportunity for the correct solution, stays up to date on new software and products.
