Job summary

Asure Software in Tampa, FL is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to generate new business and grow existing client relationships. You will use outbound prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, and pipeline management to drive revenue and hit targets.

Engage with prospects via phone, email, social channels, and web leads; build proposals, present pricing, negotiate terms, and maintain an active sales funnel while collaborating with Customer Success and Marketing for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in quota-driven B2B SaaS sales or related roles.
• Experience with CRM systems and virtual selling tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects and expand existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Conduct discovery calls, demos, and proposal presentations.
• Manage CRM pipeline and forecast opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing for growth.
