Job summary

Rentokil is hiring Account Executives to sell Commercial Pest Management Services to new and existing commercial clients across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will participate in a comprehensive training program to master our pest management solutions and learn how to identify infestations and present proposals that close deals.

This full-time role rewards performance with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
