Job summary

Western Pest Services in the Shrewsbury area is seeking a high-energy B2B Outside Sales Representative to expand the commercial footprint. You’ll be the face of Western, building trust with decision-makers and delivering tailored pest control solutions.

You’ll demonstrate our full range of services, develop a strong pipeline, and meet ambitious revenue goals. A driving license and a passion for sales are essential; prior AE experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No experience required; passion to sell and drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license and 18+ years of age.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential customers.
• Schedule and deliver compelling product demonstrations highlighting value.
• Become a go-to expert on Western’s pest control solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline while tracking KPIs.
