Western Pest Services in the Shrewsbury area is seeking a high-energy B2B Outside Sales Representative to expand the commercial footprint. You’ll be the face of Western, building trust with decision-makers and delivering tailored pest control solutions.

You’ll demonstrate our full range of services, develop a strong pipeline, and meet ambitious revenue goals. A driving license and a passion for sales are essential; prior AE experience is a plus, but not required.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No experience required; passion to sell and drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license and 18+ years of age.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Own as a B2B Outside Commercial Sales Representative

Success in this role comes down to your ability to connect, build trust, and influence decision‑makers. You’ll be the face of Western in the commercial space, creating strong partnerships and showing businesses why our services matter.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• - Someone who is innovative and thinks creatively
• - Persuasive personality
• - Self-starter, goal driven and have a high sense of urgency
• - Have a “yes” approach to customer service. Exceptional guest service is what separates Western from other pest control companies. You must provide a high level of service to all existing, future, and past clients
• - Work collaboratively and effectively in a team‑oriented environment
• - Someone who wants to be connected to their community. To help give back and help their community
• - Previous Account Executive experience a plus!

Requirements:

• - High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.

• - Must be 18 years of age

Salary Range (including commission): $75,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year (can exceed)
