Western Pest Services seeks a highly motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative in the Princeton, NJ area. You will grow our commercial footprint by building relationships and showcasing our pest control services to clients.

You’ll join a team of industry experts, with uncapped commissions, training, and growth opportunities in a well-established company founded in 1928. Base salary plus commissions supports a rewarding career path.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Outside sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Must possess a persuasive, self-starter attitude with urgency.
• Ability to network, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Willingness to work in the Princeton, NJ area with a community focus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers.
• Become a subject matter expert on Western's business services.
• Build and maintain active pipeline; measure KPIs; use proven sales strategy to meet targets.
• Exceed all assigned sales revenue goals.
