Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in the Palmdale area to join the commercial sales team and leverage an iconic brand with a 125-year history of protecting homes and businesses. You will drive growth, build relationships, and enjoy a rewards-based compensation model with a company vehicle and full benefits.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, empathy, integrity and innovation while offering comprehensive training and a clear path to leadership.

Formación

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsabilidades

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and uphold safety and regulatory standards
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior commercial properties and present recommended solutions
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized
