Orkin, part of Rollins, Inc., is seeking an Outside Sales Rep/Commercial Account Manager to join a growth-focused team in Ohio. You’ll sell pest management solutions to diverse industries, build trusted relationships, and drive new business with a strong commission structure.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience required.
• Sales or customer relationship management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interiors and exteriors of customer properties.
• Make recommendations based on inspections and set expectations for peace of mind.
