Job summary

Orkin LLC's Commercial sales team is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to advance pest management solutions across diverse industries. You’ll leverage a strong brand, high-quality training, and an uncapped commission structure to build lasting relationships and grow revenue.

No industry experience is required to start; a high school diploma and a valid driver's license are needed. You’ll receive a company vehicle, tech tools, and a robust benefits package as you develop into a leadership path.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and uphold safety.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Make recommendations based on inspection results and set expectations for pest programs.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
