Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You will leverage a leading brand with award-winning training to sell pest management solutions across industries and protect customer spaces.

You will work with a team dedicated to safety, integrity, and innovation, with a growth-oriented career path, training, and a path to leadership opportunities. A company vehicle and tech tools are provided, along with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: No pest control experience required.
• Sales or customer relationship management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet safety standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Perform inspections of interiors/exteriors and present findings and solutions.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the provided iPad.
