Orkin seeks an Outside Sales Rep to sell pest control services to commercial clients. You will understand Orkin's offerings, build trusted relationships, and help customers prevent pests while meeting regulatory standards. Training is provided and performance rewards are highlighted.

The role offers strong earning potential with base salary plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle, and a full benefits package. No industry experience is required to start a career with Orkin.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer's commercial property
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings and address customer questions with clear solutions
• Prepare sales agreements using the iPad provided and stay organized
