Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll sell pest-management solutions across various industries, leveraging a strong Orkin brand and award-winning training to build trusted client relationships.

You’ll operate with a high-performance mindset, meet sales goals through new business and existing accounts, and enjoy a company vehicle, base pay with uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package. No industry experience required to start.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests, uphold quality and safety
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of commercial properties and propose solutions
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized
