Job summary

Air Products is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Nashville, TN area. This role focuses on building a robust B2B pipeline across multiple industries, including manufacturing and life sciences, by meeting prospects face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in B2B sales) technical background a plus.
• A go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and learning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to access and safely operate a reliable personal vehicle on an ongoing basis.
• Comfort with face-to-face cold calling and relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects through in-person visits, calls, and emails.
• Learn and master Air Products' Microbulk product suite and safety standards.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
