Job summary

Air Products Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our microbulk and small bulk cryogenic gas business.

The role focuses on acquiring new customers, onboarding accounts, and driving revenue growth across healthcare, life sciences, laboratories, and manufacturing sectors. You will manage a 50+ prospect pipeline, conduct face-to-face cold calls, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong influencing, persuading, negotiating, and closing skills.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
