Job summary

Orkin is hiring as a Commercial Sales Representative to join a proven team in the pest control industry. You will sell Orkin products and services to a variety of commercial customers, driving growth through strategic outreach and trusted relationships.

You’ll receive a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, a company vehicle with gas card after training, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required – we will train you!
• Experience in sales, prospecting, or cold calling is preferred
• Strong customer relationship management skills are required
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to diverse industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
