Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll promote Orkin’s pest control services to diverse industries, leveraging industry-leading training and a strong brand.

You’ll build relationships, achieve sales goals, and advance with a company that offers a robust rewards structure and growth opportunities. This role includes a competitive base with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers inside businesses and/or homes.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and meet safety standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting the customer’s business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the iPad provided - training available.
