Orkin is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to join our Commercial sales team. You will promote Orkin’s pest management solutions to a variety of industries and build trusted client relationships to protect their business.

The role offers a strong earning potential with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle after training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k). No prior industry experience needed, with award-winning training provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and sell to multiple industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet safety standards.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and follow-up on leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of commercial properties and propose solutions.
