Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to understand and sell our pest control solutions to a variety of industries. You will drive new business, sustain client relationships, and contribute to safety and quality standards across commercial properties.

The role offers base pay with uncapped commission, a company vehicle after training, and a robust benefits package. No prior industry experience is required as Orkin provides award-winning training to support your success.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct inspections of commercial properties and present findings and solutions
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized
