Job summary

Orkin is hiring an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll promote Orkin products and services to diverse industries, build trusted relationships, and protect client businesses from pests with industry-leading training and support.

Top performers can earn between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and a full benefits package. No industry experience is required to start a career with growth potential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Make recommendations based on inspection and address customer questions.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
