Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Rep to join our Commercial sales team in the United States. You will sell pest management services to diverse industries, build trusted relationships, and drive new business while meeting sales goals.

You’ll train with award-winning programs and have access to a company vehicle, a gas card after training, a company iPhone and iPad, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required; Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and ensure safety and regulatory standards.
• Win over customers with confidence and care through listening and clear explanations.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of commercial properties and present findings and solutions.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
