Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of Tulsa is seeking a driven, high-integrity B2B Outside Sales Rep to grow our commercial client base. This role is ideal for a proven hunter who owns the full sales cycle and consistently closes new business.

You will develop new opportunities in your territory, conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and field activity, and present tailored solutions to decision-makers to hit quota and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience in a hunter role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales process discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Schedule and lead discovery meetings with decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with account managers and operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
