Affinity, the AI-first CRM for private capital, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to perform outbound prospecting and build a robust pipeline for our Private Capital CRM business in Chicago. You will report to the BDR Manager and join a seasoned team focused on success.

You will source meetings, research accounts, qualify leads, and collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging. You will use Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, Claude, and Google Suite to meet and exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales lead generation with a track record of meeting/exceeding objectives.
• Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational, planning and execution skills.

Responsabilités

• Outbound prospecting to generate pipeline for Account Executives via multi-channel outreach (phone, email, video, social).
• Conduct account and persona research and collaborate on a target prospecting plan.
• Qualify inbound leads and help shape messaging with Marketing for the vertical.
• Receive coaching from Sales Manager to improve performance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Affinity1s product line and value proposition.
• Use Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, Claude, Google Suite to drive pipeline and forecasts.
• Manage pipeline to exceed quota.
