Job summary

Victra, Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a B2B Business Sales Manager to lead a field team of up to ten outside reps focused on new logo acquisition. This hands-on role builds a hunter culture, opens doors through outreach, and drives aggressive, measurable new‑business targets.

You will model winning sales behaviors, partner with Marketing and Sales Operations, and manage pipeline in CRM while coaching reps to growth.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a B2B outside sales role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed new‑business targets in a hunter environment.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and model a hunter‑first relationship approach, coaching reps to open doors.
• Turn first meetings into long‑term customer partnerships and develop a healthy new‑business pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to refine lead generation and processes.
