Victra, Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a Business Sales Manager to build, lead, and coach a field‑based team of up to ten outside B2B sales reps focused on new customer acquisition in Charlotte, NC.

You will drive a hunter culture, set quotas, manage pipeline with CRM, and partner with Marketing to generate new logos. Travel and field engagement are essential to frontline leadership.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a B2B outside sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new‑business targets.
• Prior experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and field-based leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a team of up to ten outside B2B sales representatives focused on new customer acquisition.
• Lead hunter‑style prospecting, opening doors, and turning meetings into partnerships.
• Manage territory, quotas, pipeline, and CRM hygiene; forecast accurately.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to refine lead generation and processes.
• Represent Victra in the local business community and drive new‑logo opportunities.
