Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Business Sales Manager to lead a field-based team of up to ten outside B2B sales representatives focused on new customer acquisition. You will drive a hunter sales culture, coach reps in prospecting, and manage a high-performance pipeline to hit aggressive new-logo targets.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in a B2B outside sales role, ideally telecom/tech.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new-business targets in a hunter environment.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish hunter-first relationships and coach reps to open doors.
• Coach in field and one-on-one on prospecting, pipeline, and closing.
• Manage territory, quotas, activity, and pipeline with CRM hygiene.
• Represent Victra in the local business community and build new opportunities.
