Job summary

Victra is seeking a B2B Business Sales Manager to lead a field-based team focused on new customer acquisition across multiple markets. You will coach up to ten outside sales reps, drive proactive prospecting, and build relationships with decision-makers to secure new logos.

You will set quotas, monitor pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to optimize lead generation while representing Victra in the local business community.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a B2B outside sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new-business targets.
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven, quota‑carrying environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field‑based team support.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a hunter-first B2B sales team.
• Open doors through cold outreach, referrals, and in-person prospecting.
• Develop territory and account strategies for growth.
• Manage pipeline, quotas, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead field activities including ride-alongs and coaching.
• Represent Victra in the local business community to create opportunities.
