Victra is Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States and seeks a Business Sales Manager to lead a field-based team focused on new logo acquisition. You will coach up to ten outside sales reps, drive a hunter-first culture, and align with Marketing and Sales Ops to optimize lead generation and pipeline.

The role emphasizes quota-driven results, relationship-building with decision-makers, and active field leadership to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a B2B outside sales role, ideally in telecom, wireless, or technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new-business targets in a hunter-focused environment.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills with field leadership ability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field-based support.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a hunter-first field team to open doors through outreach and referrals.
• Establish trusted relationships with net-new business decision-makers and convert first meetings to partnerships.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to refine lead generation and maintain a healthy new-business pipeline.
• Represent Victra in the local business community through events to generate opportunities.
