Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a service-based or B2B environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable.
• Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence.
• Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective members through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and challenges.
• Present solutions and communicate the value of membership.
• Manage and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation and growth initiatives.
