Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the website and SEO, manage qualifications materials, and drive campaigns to expand market reach. You will collaborate with engineers to produce technical content, case stories, and project materials, while maintaining consistent brand messaging across channels.

The role focuses on measurable outcomes via proposals, website inquiries, and targeted outreach, with a regional/ Sugar Land HQ base and occasional travel to jobsites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ in AEC/construction/engineering/industrial services.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Experience building proposals or qualifications packages for professional services.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics.
• Build and maintain qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates.
• Produce content calendar with engineers for technical articles, project stories, and case material.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, direct outreach) for new markets and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate across every public channel.
