Job summary

Construction Materials Testing is seeking a Marketing Manager who owns the website, search performance, and the qualifications library. You’ll manage the content calendar and campaigns that drive conversations for business development.

You’ll work hands-on with engineers to build project stories, case material, and proposals, measuring success by the number of proposals and market-relevant requests generated. Travel to Sugar Land for planning and content may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years in AEC/construction/engineering/industrial services.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy and has built proposals or qualifications packages.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and curious to learn about compaction tests.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program, including analytics.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates.
• Produce the content calendar with engineers for technical articles, project stories, and case material.
• Run campaigns for markets the company is opening and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across public channels.
