Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with ≥2 in the AEC/construction/engineering/industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy.
• Has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and curious to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program; content, SEO, local listings, analytics.
• Build and maintain qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and templates.
• Produce content calendar with engineers for technical articles and case material.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) and report results monthly.
