Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy.
• Has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and curious enough to learn what a compaction test is.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce the content calendar with engineers who have the knowledge; run campaigns for markets the company is opening.
• Report results monthly and ensure brand, messaging, and claims are accurate across channels.
