Job summary

AIIR Products, Inc. in Addison, TX is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand and product marketing initiatives for hospitality-focused HVAC solutions.

You will own content and campaign management, brand stewardship, agency partnerships, CRM setup, and inside sales enablement, collaborating with product, engineering, and sales to drive adoption and measure impact. This on-site role requires strong storytelling, editorial discipline, and hands-on execution across web, social, email, and paid

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience partnering with product & cross‑functional teams to successfully bring B2B and/or B2C products to market.
• At least 4 years of experience in fast‑moving corporate, startup, or agency environment.
• Understanding of social media marketing with editorial calendar experience.
• Experience with environmental brand applications in retail, events, or installations a plus.
• Customer obsession with audience insights and feedback loops in marketing plans.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and strong editing/copywriting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated marketing campaign calendar with external agencies.
• Create editorial calendars across web, social, and email channels to drive product launches.
• Own brand narrative and ensure content aligns with strategic goals across hospitality markets.
• Manage agency partnerships, PR, creative, and digital advertising with KPIs and deadlines.
• Set up and refine the CRM, automate lead nurturing, and ensure clean data flow.
• Provide inside sales support, qualify leads, and prepare proposals and RFPs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to maintain technical documentation for customers.
