Job summary

AIIR Products, a unit of AIIR Holdings Inc., seeks an HVAC Service and Aftermarket Manager in Dallas, hybrid with travel. You will own the post-sale experience, oversee installation support, and drive aftermarket revenue while training service partners and coordinating warranty activities.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in HVAC field service or related roles, EPA 608, and strong troubleshooting skills. Travel up to 30–40% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HVAC field service, project management, or technical support / warranty.
• Strong knowledge of heat pumps, refrigeration cycles, controls and electrical troubleshooting.
• EPA Section 608 certification (Universal preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale customer experience and drive aftermarket revenue.
• Support installation, commissioning and startup of VTAC/PTAC systems on projects.
• Train and certify service partners; manage field technicians.
• Define and maintain the field service tools and portal requirements.
• Assist sales and customers from the inside; act as the technical voice for AIIR.
