Zusammenfassung

AIIR Products in Dallas, TX seeks an HVAC Service and Aftermarket Manager to own the post-sale experience and drive aftermarket revenue. You will support installation and commissioning of VTAC/ PTAC systems on hospitality and multifamily projects, resolve field service issues, and train our service partners.

You will act as the technical voice of AIIR after installation, manage warranty claims, and collaborate with sales to propel service growth across the installed base.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of HVAC field service, project management, or technical support/warranty experience.
• Strong knowledge of heat pumps, refrigeration cycles, controls, and electrical troubleshooting.
• EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred).
• Clear written and verbal communication; calm and professional under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first escalation point for field issues on AIIR VTAC and HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose problems remotely by phone, video and photos; dispatch service partners or travel on-site when needed.
• Lead or witness start-up and commissioning: verify airflow, refrigerant charge, controls and energy-management system integration.
• Own the warranty claims process end to end: intake, validation, credits and closeout.
• Recruit, onboard and certify third-party service partners in key markets.
