Job summary

AIIR Intelligent HVAC is seeking a strategic Brand & Marketing Manager to oversee campaigns, content, and brand channels across social, website, and email. You will partner with sales, product, and engineering to drive growth in hospitality, multi-family, and modular builds.

You will own the editorial calendar, manage agency partners, and ensure a consistent brand narrative while optimizing campaign performance. On-site role with a base salary and discretionary bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fast-paced marketing roles.
• Experience with B2B/B2C product marketing.
• Strong editing and copywriting abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated marketing campaign calendar.
• Create an editorial calendar and social, web, and email content.
• Ensure content follows brand narrative for HVAC hospitality and related sectors.
• Own deliverables tracker and provide regular status updates.
• Manage internal brand assets and external agencies.
• Define success measurements and optimize campaigns.
• Lead CRM and marketing automation workflows.
• Support inside sales with collateral and event needs.
