Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Business Development Specialist in Greenwood Village, CO. The role concentrates on B2B outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

You will research businesses, perform 60–75 calls daily, maintain the CRM, and generate reports. Compensation is experience-based with growth into outside sales and a dynamic, uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience prospecting and/or cold calling desirable.
• Highly organized, able to follow a systematic method and sales process.
• Customer service-oriented with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make 60-75 prospecting calls per day to identify potential clients.
• Schedule qualified appointments for outside sales team.
• Manage and update CRM with calls, records, notes and appointments.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as defined by management.
• Achieve or exceed activity and lead-gen targets to meet revenue goals.
• Serve prospects with information and follow-up materials.
