Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Agent Trainee for a full-time independent contractor role in the Texas local territory. You’ll meet with business owners to present supplemental insurance options, building relationships and a growing client book within a proven system.

You’ll receive training, mentorship, and licensing support (Health & Life license within 90 days), plus a flexible schedule and commission-based earnings with weekly base draw and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Coachable, reliable, and growth-oriented.
• Comfortable building relationships face-to-face.
• Motivated by purpose and people, not just numbers.
• Able to manage your time and follow systems.
• Interested in building a long-term career.
• Willing to obtain a Health & Life license (support provided).

Responsibilities
