Sunshine Ace Hardware is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for our B2B team in East Naples, FL. The role focuses on introducing our solutions to business customers, building relationships, and generating new internal leads while supporting the B2B Account Executive.

You will research products for unique orders, source vendors, and monitor pricing to keep us competitive; collaboration with the store team is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in the B2B market.
• Comfortable contacting existing customers and qualified leads by phone and in person.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• You will introduce Sunshine Ace Hardware solutions, products, and services to business customers.
• Meet first-time and current business customers to build relationships and learn their needs.
• Generate new internal leads.
• Provide support to B2B Account Executive (outside sales).
• Perform product research for unique and special orders.
• Establish sourcing of products from vendors.
• Monitor competition’s pricing, product assortment, services, fees and marketing efforts to ensure the store remains competitive.
• Empower and involve the entire store team in the B2B sales process.
